She knows from a life
around the world
and thousands of catalogs
what looks good on her
and her friends

Your ideas on clothes
deserve the prizes you win
clear images, humorous thoughts
which make a point
hidden, until revealed
with a lift
then a belly laugh
or a wise “yes”

you must see the world
in your tiny shop
from which you send out
your beautiful messages
which edify, amuse

This was given to us by accomplished Poet Kendall Merriam when he, and his lovely wife Phyllis, bought some of our shirts in our tiny gallery & boutique in Boothbay Harbor, Maine this Fall. Shortly after their supper at a local popular restaurnant, they arrived back to our shop with a gift in hand.....a poem! We were so honored and touched that he would write an actual poem about one of our designs and their experience in our shop! .....how many t-shirts get a poem written about them? How cool is that?
